Clue

• Clue is an enigma, possessing no normal pokemon typing. 
• They do not appear to have traditional weaknesses, but seem to be more resilient to special attacks.
• They rely on teleporting a lot when threatened. 

Clue is a loner- but not one by choice. She's often frustrated by others inability to understand her, opting to isolate herself rather than suffer trying to explain her woes and wishes to deaf ears.

As a result, she's often spurned and bitter, giving people the cold shoulder rather than attempting to waste her breath with pokemon or humans who won't make an effort to decipher her. 

Clue is an unusual mew-like pokemon. Born into a large colony of their kind, but never actually feeling...normal. They possess some unusual mutation that has rendered them unable to communicate in pokemon language- instead spouting the equivalent of gibberish to any pokemon that attempts to speak to them. They have their own, unusual language that only they seem to understand.

Because of this communication barrier, it makes deciphering precisely what they want very difficult. They long ago left the colony for lack of fitting in and finding their goals elsewhere in the universe.

In reality, she has a mutation that makes her ability to process time and the flow of time unusual. She exists in many times at once, making her language an enigma solely because they are trying to speak a hundred things at one time. Because of this, they are never truly 'present' even when they physically appear to be. She is a whisper in the wind of all existance. Due to her nature and ability to see many times at once, however, she is incredibly intelligent and capable of vanishing at a moment's notice.
