Ikarah

The River Keeper Almudron - dwelling in rivers and lakes and known to hunt arowanas. They also hunt other wildlife that make their home in or near such bodies of water!

Ikarah is an easygoing and reserved individual, very intelligent and communicative with other creatures and species. As one of the largest natural hunters around his territory of forested swamps, gaining his goodwill is quite recommended rather than not, but it is no hard task at all. He enjoys company and can be frequently seen leisurely swimming or basking on the side of a river. This disposition has made him a good friend to nearby lakeside settlements making their living in the area, and he aids them in their fishing endeavors and aquatic exploration surveys. However, he has a rather interesting relationship with the Sparkfire Tobi-Kadachi, Kai. Although the smaller and fierce Tobi regularly ousts or otherwise hounds monsters disagreeable to his taste (and even tried as much with Ikarah in their first meetings), the Almudron's patient and tolerating approach eventually won the smaller Tobi over. Now the two have developed a mentor-mentee sort of dynamic and can be seen in company alongside the rivers, Ikarah in the river and Kai by the side.
