victoire is an arrogant brat. he's a prince of vamidel, though he's the youngest so he has no responsibilities and doesn't have any say in the way the kingdom's run. he pretty much just gets to be a spoiled pompous jerk forever. he has a bit of a sadistic streak; he enjoys making the servants miserable any way he can, whether it's throwing tantrums over little things or even tripping them in the halls. he's extremely flirtatious and girls are almost constantly swooning over him. he expects basically everyone he talks to to act that way, and gets very angry and immature if they don't. girls don't refuse him often though, he has a charming and eloquent demeanor when he wants to. however, he only charms a girl long enough to get what he wants, then he tosses her aside without a second thought. he has a long list of women he's scorned, yet girls keep falling for him despite any warnings.
