The Administrator

While the NSD was constructing biomechanical angels, secret government organizations on the ground have not been sitting still. Unable to reach the heavens up above, scientists reached into the hellfire below, and constructed their own artificial intelligence from the technologies in the Earth. Thus, the Administrator was born, with a core made of brimstone and deep-sea life. Enigmatic and playful, as well as a master of disguise, they baffle even the scientists that made them, and instead of fighting, they prefer to watch others do it for them. [HOWEVER, RECENT DOCUMENTATION WILL PROVE THIS TO BE A... SOMEWHAT INCONSISTENT OBSERVATION.] While the technology that made them is not fully compatible with the Lobots of the NSD, they can't help but feel fascinated with them. Even so, the team that made him is not going to give up on him, so instead of programming him to be a fighter, they decided to give him the title The Administrator, instead. Like a haunting, commanding presence, yet a charismatic one, he can be one's ally, or one's worst enemy. His behavior can be erratic, causing some to believe that he is an unstable individual.
