Body-morphing siren who works as a royal knight. Very by the book views on things (It's the autism). Is technically a siren but fears singing for others.
Decha was kidnapped from their underwater home by soldiers and brought to the king and imprisoned. He didn't get free until several years later when the king was overthrown and a more benevolent man took over. He freed Decha and seeing the now-teen had nowhere to go and didn't even know where home/family was, he gave Decha a job as a royal guard and personally trained him.
