A tsukumogami of a Japanese cuckoo clock that was imported to the United States of America. She arrived with her friend Terrier in Gensokyo after many years of being abandoned in a landfill. She is very gossipy and prone to starting arguments. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder against others, for no real reason. She uses Terrier as her muscle. Meiko is the brains, so to speak. Basically, she's a troublemaker. Meiko’s attitude lands her in trouble with others quite often, which she laughs her way out of. She has twisted romantic feelings for Terrier. Even if she uses Terrier for her own gain at times…
