This docile Pokemon hangs around areas with electricity to absorb more power into itself. It's electricity is stored through the tail and it can shock others out of it's paws. Touching the battery alone is enough to send shocks through someone's body as it's unstable in it's current state. It gets quite agitated when anyone gets too close to it.
