There's none and even if there used to be one I barely remember it, because how long ago Nate was create. In all honesty when I was a little kid I just really liked the name "Nathan" and wanted to create a character with that name. After redesigning Nate and changing his spezies from an human teenager to a demonic goat, I just thought it would be pretty funny to take a biblical name usually associated with the good and holy and give it to a character still good but demonic.
Meaning
According to Google: ,,The name Nathan has ties to both Nathaniel and Jonathan, with all three names meaning something similar to “Gift of God” or “God has given.” In the Old Testament, Nathan was a prophet and one of King David’s sons; he acted as a messenger to King David and is considered one of Jesus’ ancestors."

Astra is a dessert Nation known for its miles on miles of absolute nothingness, though some might argue that despite its harsh and rough living conditions the land itself consists of more stones than sand. Yet it's seas of hot magma and active vulcanic craters make the Nation appear dangerous and inhabitable all the same.
While the earth around the active vulcans are known to be of highest quality and extremly nutrituos for plants to grow, it's high in sulfur concentrated air curtesy of the craters and magma will make it difficult for any creature to breath. Which is why over time it's local citizen began migrating underneath the ground to escape both suffocating air and insufferable temperatures.
Many decades went by before it's descendants would become eventually known for their impressive masterpiece of a City built with a labyrinth structure and multiple tunnels spanning kilometers underground. The whole place illuminated by nothing more than glowing crystals and fluorescent flowers curtecy of the Nations very own strange yet curious flora and fauna
Current Home
It's not really a "Home" in that sense, more like a compromise resulting out of being forced to stay on earth, with no way if returning home, until his Job is completed. However with his Human contractor suddenly vanishing and practically abandoning the small anxious demon after summoning him, Nathan has no other choice but to stay on earth for the time being.
Fortunately for him the little goat managed to find two Human's kind enough to allow him to live with them and help him blend in easier with humans and successfully pretend to be one of them. Nathan for his part is extremely grateful to his newfound roommates Chess and Jason because with out them he would either still live on the streets or his cover would've been blown a long time ago.

According to Shuugal the most notable feature, beside the color, of their blood is much it reek's, like rotten food...they say it's an defense mechanism designed to confuse or even drive away prederators out to harm or hunt them.

You see the star symbol with the flower petals on his refsheet? It's a tattoo on his left hip and his summoning circle, the majority of demons are in possession of one, one symbol more unique than the rest like an abstract and overly complicated fingerprint.
The way of summoning Nathan specificly is by following his ritual to a tea, draw his summoning circle with charcoal on the ground and place cups of warm milk with honey in their designated spots. Warning: it's important that you only do the summoning ritual in the middle of the night and with your most comfortable pajamas on, otherwise the ritual will fail. After you're done with the preparations all you need to do is place a sacrefice, in form of a comfortable pillow, in the center of the circle, close your eyes and start singing a lullaby.
Done all of that? Congrats! a small goat demon should appear curled up and tightly hugging the pillow in the center of the circle, fast asleep and snoring with his tail slightly wagging in a rythmus with each breath.

Detailed description
Nathan is a 1,52 cm high boy with pale grey skin and shiny blue eyes, forming a contrast to is desaturated dark lila hair color and the pink spotted markings on his skin. He has two hornes sticking out from both sides on his head right above his goat like ears. He doesn't have human feet but paws and his long tail is wraped in bandages with a blue elegant Flame at the tip. The flame itself isn't able to burn anybody or spent warmth, with the blue and green hues resulting from a fire burning in freezing temperature.
Favorite clothes to wear
His outfit isn`t all that special, featuring the colorshemes grey and black that are most common in Astra, with shiny blue and desatured pink ascents. Nate wears a grey and black hodded jacked with pink stripes going from both sides over his shoulder, with white spike like clips on both ends, holding his sleeves togheter. He usually keeps his hood on, so he feels a little bit more save around other people, feeling like he could hide himself from others eyes, even if thats not the case.
He wears a old shirt under his Jacket, it seems like time didn`t treat it well with all the holes and slowly getting ripped apart...still it`s one of his favourite shirts so he wears it even if it would be better to throwing it away and buying another one. His outfit is completed by some shorts, in the same colorsheme as his Jacket with also little Spike clipes at the end, he usually doesn`t wear shoes when he`s not taking on a human disguise.
Human disguise
His Humanform looks literally just like his Demonform, looking already pretty Humanoid, but without the demon parts meaning his ears would take on a normal form, his skin would still be pretty pale but not as grey, the pink spots on his skin would turn into freckles, his tail would be hidden away from the human eye, as well as the horns sitting on top on his head, leaving only his face markings and his odd eye color.
Soulband
A Soulband is an internationally issued device disguised as a black band with a neon glowing light, which is given out to registered citizens of each Nation right after their birth. Due to each citizen receiving their device in the first moments of their live, the public tends to see these Soulbands as an individuals first gifts besides their name.
These devises are essential items to those that wish to fully function in Andorn or move between Country's without facing any issues, seeing as Soulbands serve a variety of different purposes intended to make a citizens life easier: from personal ID able to information specifically tailored to the owner of the device such as their Height, Age, Species, Blood type, Appearance, address, occupation or birthday etc. they also double as a bankaccount while storing information about an individuals contacts, ticket-information, travelpass, health, criminal record or current location.
While the sensitive data collected by the device faces a high risk of getting potentially abused by either government or third parties, it's widely believed that under normal circumstances said information would come in handy until absolutely necessary. That said the glowing light of the device serves a specific purpose as well, because during its invention each Nation had been assigned a specific color.
In other words the glowing light of the item can be used to quickly tell where it's owner originates from without hawing to look up personal files and search for their Nationality. Yet, despite all the good that comes from wearing these devices, from all the promises to supposedly make life easier and less stressful for it's owner, wearing these items is not a choice.
According to the law under no circumstances is the Owner allowed to take their Soulband off, furthermore these devices have to be worn in a place where they are easily accessible and to see, costumizing or decorating is also seen as against the law,- breaking these rules will come with its own set of consequences. Despite these limitations the Owner of a Soulband is free to wear their device wherever they please, as long as it's easy for officials to spot. Some may choose to wear their Soulband around their neck, others around their feet or wrist, while wanted criminals...where none at all.

Nathan is a dream demon with Goat like features and a secondary appearance with the ability to freely switch between between a four hoved and two legend Humanoid Creature,- just not willingly. Nate can't control his switches and while he usually takes on a more Humanoid from, he will be forced to switch into his secondary form should he run out of energy in order to slowly recover from overusing his ability since his tinier form needs and uses way less energy than his other one.
Abilities
Dream Eater is a powerful psychic Ability that allows it's user to visit someone else's dream and interact through them, discovering what troubles or desires they may have or exploring another's most hunted and treasured memories. That said Nathan is only able to interact with the dreams of others but not the person itself, meaning while he can visit a dream of devour a nightmare in order to transform it into a dream after eating it, he isn't able to speak to the person itself or help them directly.

Unlike most demons Nathan isn't able to stomach most foods or rather he can but he will get nothing out of it. Nathan could eat the most delicious and healthy meals in existence and still would get nothing in terms of nutritional value, not because the food itself is bad but because his body wasn't build to handle it. He is a dream demon who is usually summoned by people with sleep problems to devour their nightmares and turn them into dreams, it's his literal diet. All the vitamins and nutrients in general Nathan receives from those exact nightmares he eats.

Getting summoned. Like literally, all his job is basically about is getting summoned by a Human and forming a contract with them, hopefully getting their sou,- no he would need to fulfill his part of promise first, before...hopefully...beeing rewarded by the other Person tied to said contract afterwards. He can only have one Person at a time contracted to him though, yet needs to form at least one contract every two weeks, to recover his energy and earning his primary food source, with a contract beeing considered as done, if both parties hold onto their end of the deal and do their parts.
To be more specific, People summon Nathan when they find themselfs in need of sleep, having troubles sleeping in, having countless sleepless nights, beeing haunted by nightmares or beeing to tired during the day, yet also too wide awake during the nights. People usually summon Nathan when wanting to sleep but having troubles doing so on their own, so Nate helps them by eating their nightmares and turning them into good dreams or venturing inside their dreams, trying to locate whats the root of their stress and worrys as well as solve it, eliminating all reason for his contracted human to be denied of their strongly desired and maybe also well deserved nights rest.

Personality
He is a shy, sensible little guy easily getting emotional and tearing as well as getting easily spooked. Nathan is a anxious young boy, seeming not to have much confidence in himself, always thinking bad about or putting himself down. He stutters a lot, having troubles speaking his mind freely, fearing that he could accidentally piss some one off if he does.
Nathan is naive, thrusting others easily and always beliving in the best, he refuses to say no to others if they need help even if its stressfull to him or it would mean not getting his own work done. He can be a little pefectionist, allways wanting to give his best and put the most effort in but also a little reluctant, not wanting to bother others with his problems or feelings/he overthinks easily.

Nathan has a habit of brushing his tail against other people and accidentally freezing them in place, he also has a second habit of biting his nails if he feels fidgety and overly nervous or anxious.

Funfact
Even if he`s able to eat normal food without getting sick or anything else bad happening to him if he does. He doesn`t need it, being able to live without eating any regular food earning him the exact same resultss. He doesn`t get his energy back from eating normal food and since his body can`t use the nutritional values provided in said food and turn it into something else. He also could probably eat an entire day without ever feeling like he had enough, just because his body doesn`t recognize Human food as....well food.
So inorder for him to rcover his strengh, to keep hisbody healthy and feelibg satisfaction, Nathan needs to feed of off Nightmares,- so in other words he needs to eat Nightmares inorder to stay alive, turning them into Dreams while eating them is just a neat little side effect.

A University Student living in a two bedroom apartment togheter with her best Friend. She was the one who found Nathan one day in a dead alleyway on the way home from her part-time job. The poor boy was shivering, his clothers were all ripped and dirty, his hair was all icky, he didn`t seem like he had a good shower in week,- well he didn`t seem like he had anything to eat during that time either. Beeing all irritated and slightly worried of the state the younger was in, Chess tried to talk with him, asking him.were his parents were/what happened and trying to convince the poor kid to go with her.
But Nathan refused, shaking from fear, beeing on the verge of tears stuttering words in a foreign language Chess couldn`t understand. So instead of leaving the kid alone or forcing him to go with her, Chess sit down beside him. It took hours, but when he managed to get this Kid to follow her and actually go into her flat,- instead of staying infront of the door just blanky staring and growling at it, giving the door death stares,- Chess still doesn't know, what her frontdoor did to make this Kid hate it so much
For Nathan, Chess is just like the older Sister he never had, taking him under her wing, protecting him and helping him like loving Mother Hen, despite usually giving of an aura off "I-don`t-give-a-fuck"

Chess's bestfriend and Partner in Crime, as well as the one who owns the Flat, he`s currently studying to be a lawyer and seems to not like girls very much,- maybe a conflict that happened in his past,- he`s deathly affraid of dogs but like calls Nathan a Puppy? Always cuddling the poor boy when he`s in his animal Form. For him Jason is like that one good friend you can always count on the be there for you or cheer you up, but also this kind of friend who gets in trouble the most often, always having strange or idiotic ideas and following them blindly on a whim, without thinking it through first,- like Nathan has stopped counting, how many times the Landlord or neighbours came by to shout at them.

Nathan isn't exactly sure on how he managed to catch the attention of a high ranked personality in their society. It's the youngest member of the royal family for goodness sake, people usually believed to stay far away from the ordinary folks, rarely interacting with any of those lower in status out of their own free will.
Yet here he was bothered by a prince to become their friend, refusing their offer on almost a daily basis. He didn't want anything to do with those of higher status, he feared them in a way...not only because of the rumors the others wispered behind the aristocrats backs but also due to the extremely loud and highly confident personality the other sported.
Shuugal is immature, loud, obnoxious in the way he has no regard for other boundarys and sees no issues in invading their comfort zones. Yet he isn't as bad of a company as first believed, sure he's annoying and yes he is tiring emotionally draining the little introvert at the end of each meet up...still...the other oddly enough appreciates it, having the others confidence and extroversion rub onto the anxious teenager little by little.
Truth to be told the other isn't as confident as he first masks himself as, it's almost adorable seeing the other react bashful and nervous when being thrown into an unknown scenario or just having the opportunity of meeting up with his only friend, even going as far as sometimes using his disability as an excuse to spending more time.

like mentioned before, Nathan can get summoned. He`s able to form contracts often containing "that he will get rid of all the Nightmares one may have" and "that the other partie will let him feed of their worries/sorrows/regrets inform of a bad dream with haunting qualities". Due to his Contracts, Nathan is only able to leave Earth and go back home, if the contract previously formed is fulfilled.
Easy enough right? But the last Person he formed a contract with didn`t quite think so, leaving him without the chance to fullfill his part off the contract, forcing him to stay. The Human who last summoned him, just did so because of an old book they found in a darke corner in the libary, not beliving that it actually could work. But when they saw the teenage boy suddenly appear right in front of them, seeming to be fast asleep,- things began to rapidly change.
At first they formed a Contract, Nathan beeing really happy and all jumpy/eager because his hunger startet to grow, but then they suddenly refused to let Nathan do his work, so they left the young goat alone on the Streets, minding their own buisness while leaving him in a City or rather in a Country he didn`t even know the language of or the people living inside.
