The lighter spots on his shirt are where bleach was spilled on it. He's able to do the cleaning/stain removal spell (but it didn't seem to work). He's just here because he does the laundry... Titus doesn't really want to be part of a gang, but he doesn't have anywhere else to live or the money to get himself started elsewhere, so he's sort of just accepted his fate. He found the secret room behind the machines in the laundy room. He doesn't talk much and when he does, he speaks very softly and always seems to have a sad tone
