only been a ghoul for two years
his mom was a nurse in the NCR before it fell, and he gained most of his medical knowledge from her and scavenged medical books.
she died around when he was 16, by which point he was already spending time working as a courier
he'd pitch in with patching people up, especially since his mom was so overworked
he goes by mister bc he likes the anonymity of it
he doesnt like letting people in so he cherishes the small friendships he has, and keeps everyone at a distance even if they are his friends
considers himself a loner
most of his 'friendships' are just friendly working relationships
he works as a courier between settlements
also works as a freelance doctor in the settlements he delivers messages and small packages to
its faster than a caravan and makes him less likely to be targeted by raiders since hes moving solo and doesnt seem to be carrying alot
he works with doctors in the bigger settlements, like Diamond City [the biggest settlement in the commonwealth in boston, inside a baseball stadium], to supply them and smaller settlements with medical supplies
usually stuff they cant just get from a caravan
