 ┊ • PayPal or PIX accepts only, after receiving payment for adopt refunds will not be allowed! If discovered, I have the right to resell the adopt to someone else and you will be reported at the place where the purchase was made, as well as being placed on my blacklist.

 ┊ • Do not modify its main characteristics, any doubts? Send me a message.
 ┊ • NSFW art is only allowed with permission, I also ask that you respect my characters' sexuality and gender.
 ┊ • Copies of my work will not be tolerated, if inspired you can, but with caution! Be creative. I'm extremely jealous of my characters.
 ┊ • Designs obtained free of charge, such as raffles and events, cannot be sold or used in any way for personal profit. Sales are only permitted if you have commission artwork.

 ┊ • It is not allowed to remove my designs from the florus species!
 ┊ • Always make it clear that the design belongs to a semi-closed species, all usage rights belong to its creator, rebecca.
 ┊ • Do not change the design without my permission! Some changes require items from Misha's hut, so contact me first to discuss.
 ┊ • You are free to modify the character's gender and make humanly possible changes, such as changing hair color, getting piercings, tattoos and the like.

 ┊ • Never withdraw my credits for the design! Even if you did a redesign, you still need to keep credits to me.
 ┊ • Do you intend to put my design in a CS? Consult me first! But don't use it as inspiration for a CS of your own!
 ┊ • Only personal use will be allowed, designs for commercial use will require an extra fee which may depend on character complexity.
 ┊ • You are free to make small changes, but that don't transform the design into something totally different from the original, on MLP's it is allowed to modify the cutie mark.
 ┊ • You have the right to ask me for the version in PNG/higher quality by email or any other place you prefer, just ask me for a period of one month, after that, the file will have been deleted.
 ┊ • Do not resell my designs for more than the purchase price! Only MLP adopts can be sold for a higher price. If the character in question has extra arts (that you paid for yourself) reconsider.
 ┊ • If you got any of my designs or characters through an exchange, reselling will not be tolerated! Exchanges only! If you got it for free, you can only donate it back, I don't allow any forms of profit/exchange currency on top of my work. If you have proof of my resale permission via a screenshot, please disregard.
 ┊ • Please do not withdraw ToyHouse's design! That way I can keep track of it if it has a new owner. If you place the design somewhere else, credit should be given to me, and you need to let me know, I like to see how my designs are after the sale/exchange. If you break this rule and delete the character from TH, I have full right to take the design back.
