CARMY TOS (a little bit of a wip.) 

• don’t resell my designs for more than they’re worth - though feel free to take any commissions, personal art, trade value, etc. into their value when selling. designs of mine obtained through sale, gift, or trade are included in this!
• please keep designs by me visible and on toyhou.se, auth-only is fine but I'd prefer a key or authorization to know who owns what!
• holds are permitted on adoptables, though be specific when asking for one. longer holds are ok for larger payments, and I'm willing to be flexible.
• nsfw content (sexual content/gore) of any design by me must be properly tagged, abide by toyhouse rules, and must not contain proship content of any variety. this includes "comship" and any morally dubious artwork. (this means absolutely no incest, pedophilia, zoophilia+feral porn, sexual assault, etc.)
• inspiration is okay from my designs, though only minimally - if it goes beyond that i'd prefer permission to be asked. inspiration is not okay from ocs that I haven't designed myself. inspiration from my artwork is perfectly ok, just be reasonable!
• keep designs by me recognizable, redesigns are perfectly okay as long as they aren't a complete overhaul! though I ask that you keep the original art on toyhouse in some capacity (though feel free to private it!) and just reupload the edits with some sort of indirect link to my page.
• credit all use of my bases to my side account carm.
