Intersting guy that shows up near Vault 87 in the Capital Wasteland in 2277. Grew up with vaultie parents but lived in the wasteland their whole life,, eventually got so irradiated they went through ghoulification and boom now there they are. With their new found radiation immune body, they use that to their advantage and learn to craft and use bombs, mini nukes, etc. Despite their love for all things radiation, they like land mines best.

Mid to low neutral karma I would say... Overall, they’re very prone to thinking irrationally and taking things head-on. Their skills in bombs often get them caught by other wastelanders who witness their acts of destruction. Suppose they aren't the ones being blown up. They are willing to barter and trade with others. Unless they want something, which is usually not, they won't stop until their trading partner gives it up or has a live grenade in their pockets.
