Short blonde hair, close undercut and longer at the top. Amber eyes settled behind tinted circular sunglasses. His skin is a pale peach from being indoors all the time (when he does go out it’s at night). He wears a lot of jewelry, having lots of piercings on each ear, and rings that decorate his fingers. He has a strong fashion sense and carries himself confidently, often taking on the style of colorful techwear. Casual clothing ranges from long jackets with belts and loose pants, to hot pink cargo shorts and a crop top. He can really rock anything. He’s of average height and has a skinnier build though he appears quite athletic when escaping situations, easily parkouring and running away.
Infamous informant of Lancer City. Has no loyalties. Deals in information with big corpos and small groups alike. If you want to know something, he's your man. Often found on the Rooftops with Marcus.
PERSONALITY
An outgoing self-proclaimed hacker extraordinaire. Despite his occupation, he likes to talk a lot. He enjoys talking about anything and is known to ramble. He is prone to making snarky remarks Not shy and quick witted, he tends to be the life of the party. Though he can come across as insensitive sometimes because of his bold nature.
Link is quick to crack jokes and tends to make light of serious situations yet that doesn't mean he can't be serious and do good work. He can be very dedicated and hardworking when it comes to business. This allows him to be extremely consistent and thorough with his business.

BIOGRAPHY
CHILDHOOD
Link was raised as an only child to a pair of politicians. He was noted as an an extremely smart and curious boy in school. His ability to balance both social relationships and the pursuit of knowledge was impressive at such a young age. Because of this, he was able to skip a few grades and entered the Cathrax League University of Advanced Technology at the age of 16. He planned on studying coding.
Throughout university, he was known as a fun and mischievous student yet retained excellent marks for all classes. If he himself wasn't hosting a party during the week, he would be seen at others. This led to some troublesome behavior and interactions between the campus police and university authorities. Despite having multiple run ins, he was never expelled nor put on probation due to his outstanding grades.
He eventually dropped out of university, claiming the curriculum to be "too boring" for him. Around this time his parents suddenly disappeared, prompting the boy to start focusing his skills on hacking and net-running in search of them. Unsurprisingly, he became a very competent and skilled hacker on the deep web. All the while he looked for any sign of his parents and where they may have gone. He would eventually uncover information he wasn't supposed to know, launching himself down the information dealing career path.
BEFORE LANCER CITY
Link was quite infamous in the Cathrax League as being the best information dealer and hacker. From this he gathered a wide following of people and companies as clients. He could find out just about anything from anyone. He became a whistleblower for many news sites and companies, not really sticking to one client. He was the perfect person to go to due to his lack of loyalties to anyone. He'd sell out a client if the price was right.
He got on the wrong side of the Cathrax government, forcing him to go incognito and undergound. He was wanted alive by the government due to the information he had hacked and accessed fromt heir databases. This eventually prompted Link to leave the Cathrax League and come to Neo Lancer City.
RELATIONS
Info broker and Mercenary. Link's close friend. He's usually seen around Marcus as their work often intersects with each other. Marcus consider's Link a valuable asset, and friend, to his work.
Leader of the "Wild Geese," a mercenary group hired by Marcus. Link was at first considered an annoyance but Finn eventually warmed up to him. They became good friends.

- His callsign/hacker symbol is a pink panda wearing circular sunglasses that appears to taunt the viewer.
- He enjoys sweet food, so much so that he can't eat anything without at least a little bit of sugar in it.
- He doesn’t appear to have any loyalties to anyone and can easily backstab any of his clients if the price is right.
- He has a photographic memory. Everything he learns he memorizes.
- Whenever he's thinking or feeling stressed, he's always seen with a lollipop in his mouth. In tense moments, he'll bite into it.
