Vacana

“I grew up, punishing humans who have done evil. Immortals feel nothing but the same.”

Vacana was made by the Eshe, the Goddess of Life. He was one of the Walkers of Order, meaning that his job was to destroy evil and reward the good. Being a lower Dream Walker at first, he was sent to the human realm, disguised as whatever was equal to a cop at that time, punishing those that did wrong and not thinking too much about what would happen to them. When he was able to come back to the Astral Plane, he rose up the ranks, eventually being able to actually fight against said evils. Unlike the rest of his fellow Dream Walkers, Vacana had more ambitious goals in mind as a Walker of Order, he wanted to get rid of evil at the source. That evil to him were the Chaos Family, specifically Shiva, Innes, and Drefan, who at the time were killing his fellow comrades. Simply killing a Chaos Being for that matter could make you rise in rank. 

Vacana would intercept during Shiva’s killings to try and fight him. If his comrade was dead already, that gave Vacana the excuse for him to be out for Shiva’s blood. Vacana would do this so often, that Drefan would eventually give Shiva an order to kill him. Vacana would have killed Shiva, if it wasn’t for a Quori intervening instead.

Vacana is still out for Shiva’s blood. So much that he would go to the human world after a century of Shiva being off the radar and almost kill his adopted daughter just to fight him again. Vacana hates Innes after he saw him help Shiva to escape, so much so that he kept him contained for years, eventually also temporarily taking over Innes job of guiding people into the afterlife.
