This user can generate fog from their body! This fog uses the water in their body, and can cover a large area. So far it has not been weaponized in any obvious ways by the user, but it can give great cover and lower the visibility quite a bit, for better and for worse.

Very relaxed, reclusive and chill to the point of seeming uncaring, they appear to not give a damn about what people think of them or their quirk. Has dealt a lot with people thinking their quirk is useless, and any sign of underestimation will get on their nerves greatly. Letting go of grudges is not their strong suit either, but their ability to move quietly is.
