By owning my designs (cupidkiss), you are agreeing to these terms.

do not copy or heavily reference my designs, this includes making 'off-springs' or breedings of existing designs
making extreme edits, or changes to my art is not allowed
revamps & edits to the design itself is allowed, as long as the design is still recognizable. (you can commission a redesign by another artist)
Resales must match the original purchase value of the design, additional art only increases the worth if it's commissioned in USD
co-owning designs is not allowed, to keep up with who owns which design (DM for exception)
do not remove any distinguishing feature from POC/TRANS design. (white-washing, or the removal of top surgery scars for example)
do not use my art or designs for NFT or any other cryptocurrency
do not use my designs for commercial use.
