Previously her name was Nao Akio. After her adoption, her name changed into Tsukiyama Raine. Her family name eventually changed to Ishikawa after her arranged marriage. Not long after that, she was divorced, and kicked out of the Tsukiyama household. Her existence fully removed from the Tsukiyama family for so long until she is adopted (again) by Shiroi Koi (L'Amour White), and Shiroi Ai (Amor White), giving her new surname and life with the twins.
