By purchasing and owning any of my adoptables you affirm to have read and abide with the following Terms of Use.

 

GENERAL TERMS

• My adoptables are for personal use only.
• Purchase claims and bids are done through comments only.
• The sale closes 48 hours after the last bid unless offered AB or SP, in that case, the sale closes immediately.
• I may use the artwork of the adoptable for my portfolio, social media, etc.
• Claims cannot be converted into holds.

PAYMENT

• No refunds. The sale is final.
• The payment must be done through PayPal in USD. If you’re from Chile we can discuss other methods of payment.
• Payment is expected within 48 hours after confirmation, if you fail to do so the adoptable becomes open again.
• Please be serious and don’t offer without making a conscious decision beforehand.
• Do not purchase any of my adoptables with a fake account or through a fake identity.

PERMISSIONS AND CREDITS

• Under no circumstances is my art allowed to be traced and/or copied.
• Do not edit my artwork.
• Do not claim my artwork as your own. Thus, everytime you use any of the resources that I send you after the payment you have to credit me.
• Do not claim the design as your own.
• No need to credit me in every instance of character appearance, you have to do it at least once though. Preferably on a reference sheet or a character profile, use a link to my page.
• No need to credit me in the art you make about the character.
• You’re allowed to use the adoptable you buy in a webcomic.
• You’re allowed to gift or trade the adoptable (if you do, redirect them to this page). RE-SELLING IS PROHIBITED.

CHARACTER RELATED RULES

• You may make changes regarding the design of the adoptable but please keep it recognizable to its original form.
• You can make the character into a furry or other species. Please don’t get completely rid of the original design though.
• Once the payment is done you are free to give them any backstory, personality, name, etc. Remember that you become the owner of the character.

AGREEMENTS

• I only claim ownership of the original design. I do not claim ownership to any changes, redesigns, or artwork done by the owner associated with the original character after the payment is done.
• I acknowledge that once a design is owned by the owner, the character no longer belongs to me.
• I may not “claim back” a design after the payment.
• I may offer to trade or to buy the design back, to which the owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.
