Gaelstorm

Universe: IDW
Species: Predacon
Altmode:  a heavy, alligator-esque dragon.
Weapons:  Gaelstorm has large, sharp claws that are exceptionally good at rending through metal. He also has somewhat dull fangs in his root mode, and a mouth full of sharper teeth in his beastmode. His tail is also extremely large and heavy, and can be used in a sweeping motion as a blunt weapon to knock people off their feet.
Function:  Mercenary/Hired Muscle
Faction:  Neutral, mostly works with Autobots.
Bio:  Gaelstorm is a big mech, comparable in size to Ultra Magnus. Despite his hulking size, he's incredibly uncomfortable with being the centre of attention, and often sticks to the sidelines to avoid notice.

Gael is a gentle giant, and dislikes the use of violence unless strictly necessary. He also lacks a vocalizer- his last one is beyond repair, and it is exceedingly difficult to find one in his make and model. As such, he uses other methods of communication. He keeps a small, modified datapad on him with a double sided screen so he can communicate easily with others.  He's also fluent in chirolingustics, but his large size makes it less of an option. It's hard to use a hand to hand based language when your palm dwarfs your conversation partner!  

Gael also has some sensory issues- he tries to avoid certain textures and sounds, but sometimes  they're unavoidable. Sirens and flashing lights in general set him off, and he becomes mostly unresponsive and very angry. He will shy away from touch and attempt to eliminate whatever the source of the noise is. He's been known to claw speakers off of the wall before.
All in all, he's a very gentle and kind mech, if a little oblivious to certain things.
