By owning a character design from me, you agree to:
- Not claim the design as your own.
- Not resell for more than bought for, unless it comes with extra art.
- NEVER use the design for anything unsavory (racist, homophobic, zoophilic etc. art).
- ASK before using my designs for commercial work (The answer will likely be yes but, depending on the project I may ask for a flat, one-time fee!)
- NEVER delete my designs off of Toyhou.se!! If you no longer want the character, but do not wish to sell it, please trade it back!!
