Mihr is a Guardian and one of the members of the Angemos Council. His gaze is stern and his Seekers appear melancholic, yet he has a benevolent and patient demeanor towards all Angemos alike. He is the antithesis of harshness and has a cordial disposition.
Mihr is quite forthright when it comes to his visions and prefers a tranquil and harmonious society for Peak.

Due to his placement in the council, Mihr is responsible for the security of the entirety of Peak, in addition to monitoring the duties of the Guardians and ensuring that everything remains in order and that nobody breaches Peak's laws. In effect, Mihr can be said to be a Guardian for the Guardians...

Mihr leads a modest and manageable life outside of his position and derives pleasure from basic leisure activities (stuff such as gardening, painting, among others.). When not working, he is primarily occupied with paperwork and his personal life is fairly plain and simple. However, he relishes the simplicity of it. As a considerable amount of events have occurred in the course of his life... this is sufficient to bring him happiness.
