| Hasselti is a ladies man. And a gentlemens man. He will flirt with anything that moves, constantly, and doesn't often find trouble getting someone into bed. Though this flirtatious front is often only for his own benefit. Due to this, he tries to avoid attachments and will flee as soon as he, or his temporary partner, start to get real feelings for the other. Despite this, Hass really does just want to have a good time. He'll partake in jokes, pranks, have a good laugh with strangers, drink a little too much and so forth. While he only reveals this flirtatious and frivolous demeanour, in actuality he does have a lot more going on internally. When actually alone, he is able to show his serious nature that he hides from the rest of the world, the side of him that worries when he'll get his next meal, and fears what may lay ahead. Hasselti also burdens himself with too much responsibility, acting as a mediator in every fight and getting himself involved in other peoples problems in order to help them, even if it's harmful to himself. This, coupled with his troubled past, weighs heavily on his mental state. |

Mother: Eshirnessa Xaleth (Deceased) Eshirnessa had Hasselti when she was 18. She was young and ill prepared, with no family to turn to other than her husband, but the two did what they could for their son. During his younger years, Hasselti was very close with his mother. He frequently looked to her for advice and enjoyed having lengthy conversations with her, which Eshirnessa would gladly indulge, answering his questions and engaging in both childish banter as well as leading more mature conversations despite his young age. After his father died, Hasselti began to drift away from Esh, and with the new burdens placed upon her, she let him. While she still tried to be there for her son, things were becoming increasingly difficult. The two fought often, and Hass hardly spoke with her. Irregardless, Esh still welcomed him home lovingly and would impart her wisdom and advice whenever he needed it. Eshirnessa died when she was 34 of stress induced illness and poor quality of life. Hasselti was in lockup at this time, age 16. He still regrets much of how he treated her and remembers her fondly. | Father: Zohan Xaleth (Deceased) Zohan was 20 when Hasselti was born. He had only recently married his wife and had no relatives to turn to for help. Immediately he took up another job to support his family. Hasselti had always been close to his father. Following him around like a shadow and admiring his craftsman abilities and strength. Due to their lifestyle, Zohan would often take Hass around for long walks collecting odd bits of garbage and crafting and fixing them into toys for Hass or simply trinkets to sell at the market. Zohan died at the age of 27. He was cornered one night returning from a walk with Hass by a drunken posse. Doing what he could to protect his son, Zohan was severely beaten and ultimately died of a head injury induced by a bottle. Hasselti hid nearby and waited for them to leave, quickly calling the police and waiting obediently by Zohan's side. Hass was only 7, and Zohan was pronounced dead on site. While this memory will always haunt Hasselti, he tries to remember only the good times he spent admiring his father, and he still tries to emulate much of his fathers personality. |

Backstory |
| Being a castanic his family was surrounded by prejudice. Their small hometown filled with mostly religious humans, their demonic appearance left much to be desired. His parents often struggled to find work and would spend days doing menial tasks just to feed and clothe him. At the age of 7 he watched his father get beaten to death trying to fend off some drunks. This was a turning point in his life, promptly thrusting him into a life of crime and violence. Hssselti fell onto a dangerous road, getting involved in gangs and taking an aggressive and detrimental approach to the racism, spending more time in lock-up than at home. At 16 news of his mothers death reached him from behind bars. As he watched his mother be thrown into an unmarked hole, he swore that he would change, and lead a life his parents would have wanted for him. Leaving his small town as soon as possible, Hasselti took to the world with a fresh start. While he was still greatly hindered by his past and appearance, Hass learnt to use his vices to benefit him. Pulling away from the violent path of his youth, Hasselti began to build a reputation and influence through connections. His charm and charisma aiding him in his journey to rectify the mortal view of Castanics and doing what little he could to help those in need, making sure to have a bit of fun in the process. |
