Chi is a spirited young woman, devoting all of her time and attention to research of fauna and flora. Her fascination in childhood turned into an obsession in adulthood. She is willing to put herself in danger at the chance of furthering her research and discovery.

Which is how she ended up in the 'death row colony'. She herself has never done a crime as far as she knows, but the opportunity to explore a new planet with funds of third parties was too good to pass up, even if highly dangerous. She does not have much contact with Earth except for her reports and communication with other scientists over her work. With a frail body and joint issues, she resides in her mecha like body brace more often than not, offering her a wide range of motion and protection. She thinks of it as her second skin.

Cordial and cheery, she often grates on her co-inhabitants nerves, but her attitude is needed in a place like this, even if not appreciated.
