・You have to own a design/custom by me for at least a month before you can trade/sell them.

Never sell them at a higher price unless you have visible added on art to the character. / Or if you're in an emergency and desperately need the money, please DM me.

・ If you cannot hold up a payment plan, I get to keep whatever is sent. (Depending on how much you sent me, I can find a different character worth the same amount. Otherwise, please keep to your word and when you'll send payment. You have 3 strikes.) The character you had a payment plan for will be put back on sale.

・You have 3 times you can hold an adopt.

・ always credit me for the design. color picking and referencing is A-OK! Just please give credit! 

・ Failure to meet the requirements to my TOS, I will own every single right to my designs and put them back on sale. (If you try to make similar designs out of spite, I will add them to the designs price.)

・If you fight with me, argue with me about my prices, about my conditions, the character will be put back on sale.

・If you buy a design that I previously owned, all rights to backstory will remain with me. 

・Please do not detransition any trans designs, or make any POC characters' skin lighter. Same with detransifying. 

・Do not delete a designs toyhou.se profile, If you feel that you want to hide the profile you are free to do that but I preferably would like to know when you are going to.
