He’s a young dog-shifter with a lot of energy, he loves to go out and explore, however due to his brother’s unexpected disappearance and residing on the outskirts of a small town who hates his kind, he doesn’t go far. Despite his isolation, he loves to be sociable whenever he can.
About
Fushimi is a 13 year old dog-shifter. He has long, scruffy hair (which is tied up in a loose ponytail) and a tail that matches his dog form and wears an orange zip-up hoodie with a white shirt underneath, gray trousers with black shoes. His dog form is an Australian Shepherd with a Blue Merle Tricolor coat and speckled nose. In his younger human form, he has shorter hair and wears an red shirt.
Past
He was only a week old when his parents decided to leave, and with that, both him and Ashi were taken in by Elena, a human who resided in the nearby town. Over many years, Fushimi wouldn’t go far into the forest surrounding his home as he was stopped by either Elena or Ashi as he was so young and didn’t want him to get caught up with either other shifters or humans who could be a threat. When Fushimi was 9, Ashi unexpectedly went missing while on an expedition, and he became distraught by this as he felt more alone.
Present
Currently, Fushimi still resides in the same small cabin he was raised in. He cares for himself along with a quarterly visit from his guardian, Elena, who makes sure he’s doing ok and gets him essentials for whenever he needs it. Every year since his brother’s disappearance, he places a yellow flower near the tree, from which both brothers used to play and hang out.

- His current hoodie was a gift from his brother. It was a little big when he first got it but grew into it eventually.

Related
Ashi [ brother ]
He sees him as a role model and inspires to be just like his big brother. They both have a special bond due to their parents leaving them alone at a young age. He misses him everyday.
Elena [ guardian ]
Fushimi overall enjoys the occasional visit from Elena as she’s the only person who he speaks to as he knows no one else. He also looks up to her slightly as she also helped with raising him.
Mala [ travel companion + friend ]
They first met after her search for him to discuss finding his brother and became travel companions to one another. Despite being originally scared of her, he now enjoys her company.
Mike [ travel companion + friend ]
They first met after helping him and Mala from a group of dog-shifters, and joined the duo on their travels. Just like with Mala, Fushimi enjoys his company and talking to him, especially as they share similar circumstances.
Unknown [ parents ]
Fushimi doesn't remember anything about his parents. However, he always thinks about why they left.
