Design Terms of Use
T.O.S:
-Please make sure to always credit me through the toyhouse crediting system! Even if it’s a custom and you came up with the idea, I still made the design possible! Please respect that.
-Do not sell my design/designs over the original price unless you've gotten commissions to add-on to their worth BUT I do allow vouchers.
-Do not heavily reference/copy off my designs/ocs.
-Feel free to make any changes that you'd like, doesn't matter how drastic it is, it's your design do whatever you'd like it it!
-You may trade, gift, sell, and raffle your designs off, but if they have no worth at all and you got it from me from a trade, then you can only trade, gift, and raffle the design off. (Vouchers are okay).
-Using my design/designs for hate, racism, rape, pedophilia, proshipping, homophobia, and transphobia will automatically be a report, block, and public blacklisting.
-I do not accept refunds once you've made a purchase of a preexisting design, I only accept refunds for commissions.
-If you are feeling uncomfortable with having a design made by me, do not delete the character, please either trade, sell, gift, or raffle the design away; I work hard on my designs.
