Her feats of larceny are unbelievable enough that most of the public believes her to be fictional, even going as far as to make games or shows using her as a character. This is great for her, as all of this material covers her tracks quite nicely. It is quite horrible for any departments out there dedicated to the capture of her and her organization though...
She's incredibly cocky, enjoying being chased but never thinking she'd ever get caught. She seems to have a fondness for quirky villains and surrounds herself with lackeys.
