Penny is a competitive little spitfire who loves winning! She does baseball, ballet, guitar, games, and many other things. Despite her competitive nature, she's very sweet. Loves her parents, her adoptive aunts and uncles, and Riley.

Story

The only child of two doctors, Penny mostly spent time with one parent as the other one worked. She was closer to her father since he worked in the evenings, and got her love of games from him, and it was the reason why she became obsessed with winning.

Still loved her mother though, who always told her a story and sang a lullaby to her before bed. Her mother taught her to be kind, and to work hard to get the things she wanted.

Penny always wanted a younger sibling, but her parents didn't have the time nor the energy to take care of two children. Instead, she took care of Riley and treated them like a little sibling ever since they were born. She taught them every game she knew, and never felt bad about losing to them.

As she grew up, her competitiveness turned into perfectionism. She became popular due to being an honors student and for winning several awards, making her feel like she had to be the best or she'd disappoint everyone. The many activities she signed up for as a child were becoming too much for her. To top it all off, her mother was getting sick from the stress of her job, yet refused to retire.

She didn't tell any of this to her parents since she didn't want to be a burden to them. Her parents were already stressed as is, and she wanted to keep them happy. The only person she could vent to was Riley, the only person she never felt that she needed to be perfect around. Eventually, Riley managed to convince her to tell her parents. After a tearful confession, she quit her hobbies for a time, and stopped focusing so much on being an honors student to take it easy. Her mother finally retired so she could help her out, and Penny spends most of her final years of high school singing duets with her mom and taking care of her new pet rabbit.
