Profile

"This... Probably isn't a good idea."

Personality & Flaws:

  • I have a strong sense of fair play and always try to find the most equitable solution to arguments. If someone is in trouble, I'm always ready to lend help. I protect those who cannot protect themselves. I'm convinced of the significance of my destiny, and blind to my shortcomings and the risk of failure.
  • Sincerity. There's no good in pretending to be something I'm not. Destiny. Nothing and no one can steer me away from my higher calling.

Bio:

Everest is an ill-confident half-elf who, despite her positive outlook, has trouble keeping her smile. She's friendly and helpful but has near-crippling self-esteem. Poor girl is worried her only achievement will be beating the monster that attacked her village which she see's as a happy accident. Desperately searching for a purpose or greater destiny, hoping one day to make those all around her proud and hold a steady belief in herself. Mild by nature, won't cause fights (normally) and knows how to end them before they get too bad. Wether people listen or not is another matter... Everest is trying her damndest to reach her higher calling, whatever that may be. She's afraid of failing but not trying leaves her, usually, an anxious mess. She desperately wants to be someone others can rely on but unsure if she's well-equipped to do exactly that. Is easily flustered and nerves get the best of her outside of combat (usually.) Guilty of letting other's speaking for her and, despite her good ideas, not much of a leader. Even when she needs to be. An everyday villager that accomplished an impossible feat seemingly by accident. Her work was recognized by a nearby monastery and after some convincing headed there to train and hone her skills. After many years, she was deemed ready enough for her abilities to enter the world and try to make an honest difference. The question remains, is she really capable of doing much of anything?
