As her name suggests, Somber Neptunus Sapphire is a fairly somber gem. Her predictions pertain to death and destruction, she’s the one that is brought forth when the time comes to see if soldiers will be shattered in battle or not so the right preparations can be done. Her use to the military efforts of the Empire has bumped her up in rank higher than her peers, granting her two personal pearls and a Zircon. Her pearls aid with her schedule and entertain her in her down down. Her Zircon is her advocate, making sure that legally, Neptunus isn’t being overworked since the military is such a big facet within the Empire. She enjoys the company of her small court and really wouldn’t want more than what she has.
