#18 Masquerfae MYO's Ownership

Masquerfae Adopt TOS:

-  Masquerfae are a CLOSED species! You are NOT permitted to make or  design your own outside of Official MYO(Make Your Own) SLOTS!

-  You may only obtain a Masquerfae either by directly purchasing or  trading from me, their creator, from people who own one of their own and  have it up for re-sale or trade, guest artists or from future Official  Artists and Staff designers.

-  You may not resell your purchased Masquerfae for any price higher than  what you paid, except in the case of factoring in the price of PAID USD  art commissions, and only if the commissioned artists' TOS allow this.

-  Masquerfae obtained via Trade, freebies, free raffles, or as gifts may  be resold, however If you plan to resell an Masquerfae you obtained  through a Trade or Free, Message me for an Appraisal and INCLUDE PROOF  for any Paid Commissioned art and Permission/TOS of the Commissioned  Artists that state you are allowed to include in the base price. After  your Masquerfae has been Appraised, Upload a SCREENSHOT of said Official  Appraisal to your Masquerfae's profile BEFORE offering up for resale!

-  At this time, Masquerfae MYO slots may Not be Resold or Traded, only  Finished/Fully Designed Masquerfae (MYO Or Official) may be sold/traded

-  Due to the Ambiguous and easily exploitable nature of doing so,  Masquerfae and Masquerfae Slots may NOT be included in ANY bundles for  Sale or Trade or Buy One Get One Free Offers!

- I personally retain the right to Resell Masquerfae that I personally designed if they are gifted or traded back into my possession for any reason.  This price will ONLY reflect the base design, and NOT factor in the  price of commissioned artwork the design may come with.

-  Masquerfae  MUST have their Species Information Linked and Masterlist  Number somewhere on their profile in order to be eligable for  resale/trade! YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DELETE AND REUPLOAD YOUR  MASQUERFAE! This is To Preserve Transfer History and Masterlist Number  Order!

-  You may change the gender and tweak/edit the design of any Masquerfae  you have adopted, HOWEVER do NOT completely re-make an entirely new  Masquerfae from one you have! Edits must ALSO be submitted to me for  approval BEFORE reposting.

-  I am not personally comfortable with Masquerfae edits that lighten  their humanoid skintones, please do not do this with any edits you  submit.

-  Please try your best to credit me properly for the design and creation  of the species, especially when reselling or trading off-site/on sites I  am not able to monitor resells or trades, and provide a link to the  species information and my adopt TOS.

-  DO NOT claim/adopt any Masquerfae on behalf of anyone I have  blocked/Someone anonymous! If you are adopting for someone, please tell  me who and why.

 -  You ARE allowed to create AU versions of your Masquerfae OC as  non-Masquerfae, commission or purchase MYOs of other CS to make  different 'forms' for them etc SO LONG as the OTHER CS owners are fine  with this!

-  As of now, Masquerfae can not be Voided of their status of being part  of the Masquerfae species, as they are Extremely new and few Masquerfae  currently exist. This rule MAY change in the future, but ONLY regarding  Masquerfae that were NOT made personally by me.

By  obtaining a Masquerfae , you agree to following and abiding my TOS  upholding them wherever you may share your Masquerfae with others.  Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted and disallowed from  obtaining any more Masquerfae from me.

No  Masquerfae Design will ever be revoked, however they may be Voided if  found to be used for the purpose of scamming others along with the  scammer being blacklisted!
