Jericho never knew his parents and probably never will,
turned to a life of crime due to nobody teaching him better, though his crimes are very minimal from stealing a single berry to maybe 20 poke,
he sticks with a meowth named koin, and does almost anything and everything with her
not much lore, just a silly outlaw bug
though currently, Ivy (https://toyhou.se/24879402.ivy-vows) has him stealing resources in secret for her, for dirt cheap too
