Appearance

Describe your character's appearance here, as if you are describing your character from a novel with no pictures to see. If this description is not long enough the image will continue into personality, but will not cover the text. It just might look a little off. However, if you don't have a full body render available for your character, you can always leave the a href and img src blank (basically, just leave them as a href="" and img src=""), and so you won't have to worry about making a lengthy description anyway.

Alternatively, you can change the width of the image. It's currently set to 150px wide, but if you can't think of enough description and don't like the way it looks when it pushes the Personality section to the side, you can make it something like 120px wide to shrink it even more. Don't worry about the size being small if you need it to be, as long as you have the a href part of the code, anyone can click on the picture to see the full size.

If you're not sure what kind of stuff to describe for your character, take a look at the way the canon characters' appearances are described on the wiki. It should help you a fair bit.

Depending on the width/length of your character's render, you may need 2-3 decently wordy paragraphs to keep it from bleeding into Personality. I believe in the power of purple prose :^)

• Thalassa and her twin brother, Taalib. are inspired by myths revolving around twins. such as the twin myth of Artemis and Apollo. One is seen as the god of order & civilization and the other of the untamed wilderness.
• The Blight infesting Thalassa is similar to fire blight making her skin appear burnt in dark patches.
• Thalassa's design takes on more of the appearance of roots and other underwater plants that appear in murky swamps, a contrast to her brother who looks more like the bloom of the lotus and surface plants.
• Thalassa and Taalib's designs came from a single character, named Ren, however after redesigning Ren into Taalib, there was still the need for their previous unhinged/underwater monster feel, thus Thalassa and Taalib were created.
