- Hersh is a solitary wolf who grew up with the pressures of being the Black Wolf, the hero of her world. She prefers remain inside her den while her family is social. She has grown more social, her mate kindly helping her become so. She loves her mate and children, and will kill anyone who dares harm any of her family.

- The Black Wolf appears during times of trial. They are to save the world from said trial.
- They get their power from what is called the Dead Star, only they can see it. They can use the power of all three celestial wolf variants.
- There is never two Black Wolves at a time. After one dies, the next one will appear the next time the world is in danger.
- In an older Concept Hersh was male.
- The abilities of the Black Wolf have yet to be revealed. I will reveal them at another time.
- Hersh met her mate through an arrange paring (equivalent to marriage). It is normal for pairings to be arranged, especially among the Alpha's of packs's families. Hersh being the Black Wolf got the attention of almost ever wolf her age with intentions to be her mate. She chose Larec due to him being the most genuine wolf she'd met.
