★BADGES★

✧What is it?✧
A traditional badge made using alcohol markers, gel pens, and sometimes prisma colored pencils.
Includes a headshot/bust of your character above their name. Can also have their paws/hands showing.
Pronouns and other add-ons are upon request.

✧Step-by-Step Progress Updates✧

You will get regular updates throughout the process of your commission.

Sketch Phase: 
I’ll make a sketch and you tell me if you like the direction it’s going in. 
Let me know if you want or need anything adjusted at this point and
 if you’re ready to approve for me to start the lineart phase

Lineart Phase: 
I line and clean up the sketch but sometimes will sketch extra things in, 
however I won’t finalize and line these extra things until you approve them. 
After everything is lined and approved it’s time for swatching.

Swatch Phase: 
I pick colors that match your character as accurately as possible. 
Color matching will be done to the best of my ability with the markers I have on hand.
Please note that colors cannot match perfectly or precisely but I try my absolute best.
This stage alone can take hours. You may request to see the swatch before I color. 
I will make sure to double check with you in regards to the seeing it as well. 

Coloring:
 After you approve your swatch and I begin to color that’s it. 
I will color and add little sparkles dots and highlights through the phase on and off.
I will also be coloring in the name and background around the character, however for this phase 
I can pause to allow you to compare colors etc. to your characters finalized colors.

Finalizing: 
Now it’s time to pick a backing for your badge. 
This is of course if you would like me to use or make one for you
I can use a pre-printed scrapbook/patterned paper, or a single colored paper. 
Or for extra cost I can color a backing for you (single colored, gradient etc).
From here on is lamination and assembly.

✧Backing Paper✧
You can choose between an assortment of scrapbook paper backings
OR get a paper colored for you with coordinated colors.

✧Hole Punching✧
You may request your badge to be hole punched with a metal grommet, or have it done yourself. 
Grommet color options are currently: silver and gold, they are round. 
(No clip or keyrings will be provided at this time.)
