Star clouds are belongings to heaven, making soft sounds with their bells on their tails, lulling people to sleep and giving them sweet dreams. Their clothes are often symbolic to the sky, clouds and a soft pink and blue.
All Star Clouds have a specific "theme". Charlotte is a special kind of Star Cloud, so she got to be a deer, even though that shouldn't be possible. But God wanted her to live on Earth, helping people as a deer instead of in the sky. She has a deer-form as well and can't hide her horns and tail when being human.
