Memories of childhood obscured by a blanket of snow, with the frigidness of solitude remaining to fill in the gaps. Borne from the unforgiving environment of endless raging blizzards, a descendant of the Aavadian tribe emerges from what could have been an icy grave. Forged not by the fiery hearts from the draconic beasts of eld, his heart held nothing but ice and stone. An unlikely relative to his ancestors borne of flame and ember- one that should have remained buried beneath the glaciers, an impossible existence risen against all odds.

Everything he touched turned to ice- every life, every object, every thing. A lonely life where his existence spelled danger to all those before him- one who's sporatic aetheric makeup was unfathomable by those he encountered. An elixir of many components that would combine into a disaster, the tipping point of resentment from isolation just waiting to strike the match. It was only when he encountered the Cosmic Principle of the Seasons that he would finally find the answer to why he has been subjected to such an unlikely existence.

Welgrave's Influence

Welgrave mountain was once a vibrant, lush monument of land that housed the ancestors of those who live in Stacloya. Now drenched in a dense thicket of ice-aligned aether, an endless blizzard now ravages the territory, rendering it inhabitable. Beyond the unforgiving environment, beasts borne from ice and light have manifested as crystallized monstrosities, ruthelessly destroying whatever life they came across. Those who dare explore Welgrave are sure to never return, and yet that does little to stop the most determined of warriors from discovering what lay at the heart of Welgrave's storm.

Borne from the skeletal remains of an unfortunate draconic ancestor, it's vengeful spirit had absorbed the dense frigid aether around it's preserved remains- in which it would eventually be reborn into an aavadian, emerging from the depths of thick snow. Being an entity molded from Welgrave's storm, Friedrich was capable of escaping it's cold grasp- felling any beast who stood in his way. His emergence would not be celebratory however... as confusion and broken memories ravaged his psyche, with little to no recognition of the land before him.

The Principle of the Seasons

In his lonely journey through Stacloya, Friedrich would soon encounter the Cosmic Principle of the Seasons- a god-like being who shared his aether with Estriar to empower the four seasons that sustained life. A vicious battle between the two ensued- as Friedrich felt a natural opposition to the Cosmic Principle, with no understanding as to why or how with only intense feelings of vengeance and desire driving him.

As he was eventually subdued by the Cosmic Principle, his memories of his past life began to flood his mind as the swirling tornado of elements threatened to tear his soul apart. It was then the Cosmic Principle had yielded, leaving a broken Friedrich laying battered with but an inch of his life left to spare. "Othyrros" the Cosmic Principle has called to him, awakened the elder dragon within that was once felled by Welgrave's Storm.
