#peter
A girl who will never grow up. She has decided herself to be the sole provider to the lonely children of the world, creating a large family for herself in the process.
They tend to get into trouble more often than not, and outsiders tend to call them a "gang" rather than a "family". Regardless, Peter believes that without her, these kids would be lost, so she's doing a great service to those in need.
peter is loud, unpredictable and chaotic. despite this, she has a talent for taking charge and leading others. she has taken it upon herself to find any and all lost children in the world to take them under her wing, showing to be very compassionate to anyone younger than her. she hates adults though, with how cynical, bitter and unimaginative they tend to be compared to children. she believes that in this world, children are actively better and more fit to rule.
however, he is also fully aware of how naive children can be. to combat this, he has become quite cunning and manipulative, using his wits on adults and children alike to get his way. he acts on nearly every impulse he has and has perfected dragging those around him into each and every one. all the children in their "family" fully trust and believe in him, but for good reason. he is extremely protective and has a sort of playful attitude to him at all times, making his presence comforting and fun, even if he is being malicious.
likes: children, bed time stories, comics, singing, kidcore.
dislikes: adults, adult responsibilities, makeup, sleeping, puns.

█████ hated her birthday because it meant she was getting older. she was already being left behind by her peers, as everyone was maturing ahead of her, and it scared her. people told to enjoy her sweet 16, but how could she? there was nothing to look forward to. adulthood was cold and uncaring and had no place for her. so it was no surprise that when given a wish, she used it to be 16 forever, stopping her growth then and there and rescuing her from a doomed future.
not long after his wish, peter ventured into the world to rescue children from more doomed futures. with her perpetual youth and vitality, she formed a small army of children who had been left lost and alone by adults. unleashing their untapped potential, many of them still held unused wishes, making them a formidable force in the war against the adult-driven society. children, with their grand ideas, became the perfect weapons in her plan to disrupt the established order
peter is actively feared by many, well known to be conniving and powerful and even seems eager to engage in violent conflict with any adult who opposes him. his family only growing in size by the day, he has "borrowed" multiple wishes from multiple other children to make himself and his gang more formidable. he still prioritizes the safety of unattended children above all else, but tends to lead his gang narcisitically now that he's gotten a reputation.
at heart though, they are all still a bunch of kids. it's just that now, they've weaponized their imagination and are using it to try and shake up modern adult-lead society.
