Nakajima Raiden aka Rai- Electricity Manipulation: can generate a significant amount of electricity from his body(hands generate the most) and can run it through anything that can conduct electricity. he takes advantage of this by incorporating metals on his hero suit and commonly wears gloves that have iron plating on the palm and knuckles. electricity quirks don't have as strong of an effect on him
