About
The other half of a classic tragedy with Titan; an abandonment, a betrayal, a usurping of one’s memory in their home. Vernon was the original second half to Titan, knowing his true name and assisting him in rising to the tops of their kingdoms guard. But when Titan was individually chosen rather than as a pairing, Vernon grew bitter, and resentful of his success. Seeds were then planted to sow the downfall of Titan, and utilizing connections he had to the Royal Court to frame Titan for illegal magic, Vernon exiling him from the kingdom and reclaimed what he believed was his rightful place in the Court. Now, he stands alone in his position, not quite content with the power he holds, but always keeping a watchful eye…

- Vernon is a naturally underhanded character, with many aspects of his life and success coming from his ability to weasel his way out of being truly held accountable. He just has such a convincing smile…
- He hasn’t always known he’s had a Chaos aspect, but he’s taken full advantage of it now that it’s begun showing its utility to him. Always be on the lookout for those faint, crackling spheres around his shadows.
- Between the two of them, Vernon was always the more agile fighter. He’s not physically as built or powerful as Titan, but he can hold is own by sneaking cheap shots at you with his blade.
- Now that he holds a higher standing socially, he relishes in the attention and credibility it gives him. Over-indulgence and hedonism are his new bread and butter, and he always takes the chance to engage with those around him in a drink or a night out. Afterall, it helps him forget for a bit.
- He’d be lying if he said he didn’t long for the chance to see Titan again. Not for a reunion, but a proper finale to their last duel. He hungers for vindication of his growth and power, and believes finally putting Titan in the dirt is what he needs to finally feel better.
