-a small sprite (with an affinity for water and air), Lilybell acts as a plush around humans
-once she's brought back from being a plush, her water wings form and she flies off, usually leaving flowers and petals for good luck
-she cannot speak, but instead communicates with song (or telepathy)
-its said in which ever place she turns into a plush for the night, those nearest will experience calm and soothing dreams
-always has petals falling around her
-when in her sprite form, her cloud collar becomes animated once more, matching the skies (rainy skies=gray collar, no clouds=becomes a ribbon)
