Theo is a middleman painter wannabe bounty hunter who spends most of his time in the Appalachia part of Desert's Edge, tending to his small patch of crops. Little is very known about him but he tends to isolate frequently, holding himself up in his room to paint for weeks on end. Despite this, he has many friends who checks up on him from time to time.

Theo grew up in a sophisticated, wealthy and strict household that did not take kindly to someone like him who was prone to mistakes and failure here and there. Because of this, he was pressured into studying medical practices he did not want by his father, while his mother stood by unable to do as much in her position.
As Theo continued to grow older, he started to resent his father but didn't have the heart to hold those feelings for long. He tried his best to keep his disdain but he kept excusing his father's actions for "tough" love, until he eventually realized he couldn't keep up anymore. Theo, encouraged by his mother, left one day , knowing that his father would be disappointed at him for pursuing his dream of painting. Ever since then, he has not returned back home and rarely visits his mother here and there.
After leaving, Theo struggled on his own, not having a place to reside in until he met Riley at resturant at the strip. Riley watched him as he painted the resturant workers in exchange for food and decided to commission him for a portrait of herself in trade for big money. While he worked on their painting, he stayed at the casino but quickly left due to the large crowds and party overstimulating and overwhelming him. Riley noticing this then suggested a home in the Appalachia area where he now resides.
"I appreciate their friendship with me especially when she provides me with painting supplies. I don't hang out with them often but she does come and visit me, bringing me lunch or sometimes a picnic. She's kind. They tell me about things that happen at her casino sometimes, I like hearing the stories."
"A cowboy who has a heart of gold. He sometimes comes and visits me as well, even brings me to places. I guess he does it as a way for me to go outside. Ryder teaches me how to properly aim a gun and I teach him how to draw, a fair trade. He's a nice guy, though I still hold a grudge over the comment he made...."
"I don't know much but this guy is sometimes too loud whenever he's over with Ryder. I know I've painted him before for bounty posters... he doesn't look too menacing no? I just know he's loud and hyper. He talks too much..."
"I appreciate this man's company quite a lot, almost on the same level as Riley. He's quiet especially when he's concentrating on drawing.... I like that. We sometimes talk about our feelings.. It's nice to hear about someone else's feelings rather than experiencing my own somtimes..."
- He eats his paints, preferably he really likes Acrylic Gouache or Oil paints. Is it good for him? Probably not.
- Theo can hop through paintings as a way to travel from place to place.
- He can also flatten himself into a 2d like shape to stick to walls and onto flat surfaces.
- Theo has a dislike for anything peas. Pea soups? Absolutely not on his watch. But he loves soup and bread, it's his comfort food.
