Blanche is an Elite Major working under Faction MOTHER, wielding an Aquakinesis gell. He is capable of manipulating ice to his will and using them as projectiles to throw at enemies. He can also create small weapons made of ice using his powers, but he utilizes this by creating ice claws to use in close combat, his main specialty.

Blanche appears to be a friendly guy upfront, easy to get along with under normal circumstances, but deep inside, he holds a grudge and many suspicions towards the Neevlings around him. Willing to get to the bottom of the mystery behind the truth of Gells, Blanche works alongside with Elite Major GHOST, another fellow major under faction MOTHER.

History:

Ne'ytholovan comes from a low class family, living near the slums (bottom levels) of the tower. He was a timid child, fairly quiet, yet very smart for his age. He lived a fairly modest life with his family and friends.

All went wrong when one day, he and his best friend Orlon decided to play hide and seek. They decided to sneak up into some vents and hide from the others, but this unknowingly led the kids to a prohibited part of the tower. Out of curiosity, they continued going further in, unseen by the guards. They heard inhumane screeches, begging for help. They peeked down to see several "colourful" Neevlings, some caged, some crying, others screaming in agony as they were being tortured. Horrified at what they witnessed, they scurried back and out of the vents, crying in fear. They ran back home, Ne'y still shaking in fear while Orlon told their parents. No one believed them however and they were instead punished for sneaking into another floor of the tower without permission.

Knowing the adults did not believe them, Ne'y decided to remain silent. Orlon however, was not; he was a bit of a blabbermouth. He went and told others about it, despite no one believing him. The monks overheard some of the rumors spreading, and it wasn't before long that Orlon was nowhere to be found. He had vanished from the slums completely, no traces of him remaining. The monks claimed that he was taken on a journey, but Ne'y quickly realized Orlon's disappearance had something to do with what they had seen before. He knew the monks and nuns knew.

Ne'y slowly began to despise Neevlings, and with this grudge growing, swore to join the Neevling army and rise up the ranks to find out more about what he had seen, and to find Orlon.

He quickly went up in the ranks and became an Elite Major at the age of 21 (in human years).

Current story:

Upon receiving orders to go retrieve some gells that the army dropped on Earth, BLANCHE goes on a solo mission to find it's whereabouts. During this, he stumbles across a trio of humans, which he spies on for a while before deciding to approach them for intel. Despite having no murderous intent, he was attacked by INSIGNIA, leading him to escaping. GHOST however, tracks him down, knowing that BLANCHE only wanted to talk, unlike other Neevlings they had encountered. He helps BLANCHE recover for reasons of his own, and goes as far lying to INSIGNIA, telling her he never found BLANCHE. The two share their views and opinions, eventually coming to a mutual agreement that they can work together to find out the truth behind the Neevling tower and gells.

GHOST, after parting ways with the trio, joins BLANCHE in the Neevling Army. Considering a human joining the ranks is very new, they assigned GHOST directly under BLANCHE as an intern of sorts. Despite this however, they consider each other as equals in the work field.

Random Facts:

• Blanche appears to be a friendly at first glance, but upon further inspection, you would notice his pupils are actually round most of the time. In Neevling lore, their pupils are normally slits, and becomes round when provoked. You can pick up the rest from there 👁

•His append is meant to appear falsely as a medallion (represents hard workers), but it is actually a chain append (represents inner grudges and hatred). Tl;dr; he works very hard to find the whereabouts of Orlon, whilst holding the grudges from years ago for having his friend taken away from him.

• Happy guy, don't fall for his facade, he won't hesitate to stab you with a smile on his face :)
