Meerah is a Leonin from the Goldclaw clan. After her "exile", they search for a way to rid her brother Pyxathor of his possessive warlock pact, and hopefully do some good for the world in the meantime.

Meerah is roughly 6'6" tall, with sandy brown fur that grantients to a very light beige to a dark reddish-brown. They have a soft face with light brown eyes and thin black whiskers. Their body is muscular and decently toned, and they have longer tufts of bristly hair on their elbows, calves and at the end of their tail.

Meerah is more quiet and timid despite their build, and enjoys watching things happen rather than being directly involved. They can be friendly for the most part, but their sadness and grief has created a potent rage deep in their soul that they let out in battle.

Meerah was born to the Clan leader Nuru, a woman from a long line of Speakers. Meerah only had one other sibling, their younger brother Pyxathor, and the two were incredibly close. As the tribe moved from place to place, meerah and Pyxathor loved exploring all the local ruins. By adulthood, Meerah was gearing up to take over from Nuru as speaker, but they werent entirely sure if they were ready for this. One day on an excursion to local ruins with Pyxathor, the two found a glaive on a pedestal. Pyxathor took it, and was immediately possessed by the creature within. With his newfound strength and drive, Pyxathor took over the tribe and cast out Meerah, promising that he would behead them if they ever returned to the plains. Meerah fled and wandered from city to city for a number of years, until they saw Sky Island flying overhead. They then decided to join, hoping to find some answers within.
