Big, sad, anxious minotaur boy
He's from basically modern world where monsters live in secret next to humans. His mother was also a minotaur but she was much more human-looking ( she had like cow ears, tail and other features easy to hide ). But Jorge was born fully minotaur, mother never loved him, father left after he was born. Jorge spend his whole life working and living on desolate ranch, with his mother as his only company.
