Ao obter um design criado por mim, Biles Biles (o designer), você (o comprador) afirma ter lido e concordado com os Termos de Uso listados abaixo.
O não cumprimento dos Termos de Uso pode resultar em uma blacklist e/ou um anúncio de serviço público.

Observe que os Termos de Uso podem estar sujeitos a alterações sem aviso prévio.
Estes Termos de Uso estão em vigor e atualizados a partir de 05 ABRIL 2023.

PT-BR

1. O gênero do adopt você (o comprador) que decide;.
2. O comprador pode dá-lo de presente.
3. O comprador pode trocá-lo.
4. O comprador pode revender pelo mesmo preço o qual comprou.
   1. O comprador não pode revender por um valor mais alto, a menos que arte adicional tenha sido adicionada.
5. O comprador pode usar o design para uso pessoal/não comercial.
6. Mudanças/adições no design são permitidas desde que isso seja feito em OUTRA arte e não na oficial do adopt
7. Nunca retire meus créditos pelo design (mesmo se você modificar ele, ainda é necessário manter meus créditos).
8. Se o adopt foi obtido gratuitamente você NÃO pode vendê-lo nem trocá-lo, apenas dar de presente (isso é anulado caso ele tenha artes extras)
9. Se você (comprador) colocar o adopt em outro lugar fora do Toyhou.se, os créditos devem ser fornecidos a mim.
10. Após o pagamento eu lhe enviarei o adopt em formato .PNG (com o fundo transparente) e com boa qualidade.
11. Consigo dar HOLD de até 5 dias.
12. Pagamento via PIX/Picpay.

By owning a design created by me, Biles Biles (the Designer), you (the Owner) affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below.
Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.

Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of APRIL 05, 2023.

ENGLISH

1. The gender of the adopt is up to you (the Owner) to decide;.
2. The Owner may regift the design.
3. The Owner may retrade the design.
4. The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.
   1. The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (art extra).
5. The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.
6. Changes/additions to the design are allowed as long as this is done in OTHER art and not in the official adopt one.
7. Never withdraw my credits for the design (even if you modify it, you still need to keep my credits).
8. If the adopt was obtained for free you CANNOT sell it (this is nullified if it has extra arts)
9. If the adopt was obtained for free, you can NOT sell or exchange it, just give it away (this is nullified if it has extra arts)
10. After payment I will send you the adopt in .PNG format (with transparent background) and with good quality.
11. I can hold up to 5 days.
12. Payment via Paypal only.
