Profile

Species: Notochise

Diet: Scavengers will eat a special  plant known as Vinegone, which then they digest what they need and  produce honey for the rest of the hive to eat.

Height: adults can reach up to 7 feet and 10 inches

Lifespan: usually live up 50 years.

Powers:  lift things three times it's own size. Paralyzing toxins in the  stinger. Contains a virus that can alter an organism's ways of thinking.  Laying their eggs inside other creatures.

Lifestyle: These  giant wasp like creatures are parasitic. They will capture living  creatures, normally sentient, and bring them back to their hive. From  there, they ensure they can't escape and lay their eggs inside of them.  Once the eggs are inside of the victim, they will grab their head with  the mandibles around their mouth to hold them still. Then their mouth  like tongue will force the victim's mouth open as they force feed honey  to them. This honey will help the larvae once they hatch to grow  properly. They will continue to force feed once a day till the larvae  come out. This in turn causes the host to gain weight like they are  pregnant. Once the larvae come out, the Notochice will quickly patch up  the victim so that they don't die. This way they can reuse them again at  a different time. Once the victim is completely healed, they will force  feed the honey one more time. However, this time there is an extra  thing to the honey. They have added a virus inside the honey that will  cause the victim to no longer have the desire to flee from their new  home and help protect and take care of the larvae as if it was their  child.

After 7 or so years they will shed and grow larger.  They will stop growing taller once they reach 7 feet 10 inches tall  normally. But the antennae will continue to grow. Thus the longer the antennae are, the older the Notochice are.

In  order to build the hives that they create, they use their larvae. They  will squeeze them so that the sticky silk they produce will come out.

Things they like: They seem to love cute things.
