The Prism

Physical manifestation of maladaptive daydreaming tendencies. Is connected to a human being who experiences frequent severe levels of dissociation and depression in Milton Haven. The Prism inhabits a kingdom of insanity where reality bends to the touch of his fingertips.

Diagnosis: Post-traumatic stress disorder, Maladaptive daydreaming disorder, Depression, Anxious tendencies

Patient has grown in an often impoverished household, making the most of their adolescence in the arts. Prior history of psychical abuse from a very young age lead them to learn avoidant habits. Patient has yet to explain for further observations.

The Patient displays varying levels of emotions during conversation, often complaining of intense feelings of paranoia and hatred towards the world outside of their own house. Patient copes with said emotions in a daydreaming or 'escapism' scenario in a world he created himself. Patient continues to refuse proper treatment and seems incredibly attached to these coping mechanisms. Describing the feelings without these daydreams as a vivid delusion of the entire world ending as we know it. Medication does not seem to be working. Infact, it seems that the results have reversed patient's progress and potentially exacerbated these feelings of fear.
