Shan Schwigglemick is a successful merchant in the dock wards, selling vital supplies and shipping essentials for many of the riverboats that pass through the town. However, he also had the phenomenal luck to attempt a warlock pact with a fae. Through some tricky wording, he did get great magical power and influence. While outside the city. Inside DiCario’s walls, he’s an average Joe, with no business acumen or charm. Outside, he can sell water to fish. Shan figures this is some sort of magical nonesense, and hopes to gain an audience with the Red Baron to try and fix whatever prevents his magic within the city. But for that, he has to rise above the average shopkeep, and make a big score. Pulling some strings, he managed to get an explorers permit for the old elven ruins, and hopes to find his big break there.
